Great service provided by their drive-thru attendant. The chicken was cooked through & was crispy. Biscuits were good.

We ordered on line and had a problem and the manager was very helpful and took time to help solve the problem. Then not only gave us the food we ordered but gave extra for the inconvenience. It's the only one we use and will continue to be so.

This location rarely gets large orders correct and has horrible customer service. Also, whatever you do DON’T order using the app if you want any chance of your order being correct.

The manager is great but she is working with a crew of young foulmouthed idiots who think they’re entitled to cuss after every word whether there’s a customer with children in the store or not. The comment made to them was “hey watch your mouth there’s a customer in the store” the girl behind the warming table said oh my bad I apologize but not really because I don’t care no wonder this store has a 3.7 rating when the only one that has any semblance of customer service is the manager

Stopped and ordered the classic chicken sandwich with no pickles, chicken smelled delicious so I ordered chicken breast and biscuit. When they completed the order there was ketchup and honey packs. Honey? First Popeyes that had every given me honey! Chicken sandwich and breast was absolutely delicious with the honey added. No Popeyes in Florida or Georgia has every given me honey. Even Popeyes Store # 12539 in Collins, MS didn't the next day. Great job!!

Absolutely terrible, probably the worst customer service I've ever experienced. If you're working in a customer service position then the LEAST you could do is use a friendly voice and say please and thank you to your customers- do not roll your eyes and command someone to pull around or pull up to the next parking spot. Anything that doesn't come with please is not a request, it is a demand. Whoever was working drive thru the night of 3/11/22 needs to have a chat with the manager and/or be terminated. However the man that was walking to my car that night was very kind and respectful and helpful and deserves a raise. I am a door dasher and i only received half the order for my customer- I did not realize this until I delivered the half order. The customer requested I go back to Popeyes and get the rest of her order. Upon arrival at Popeyes, they told me they already made the order so they aren't going to make it again (even though I didn't even receive the order?) They did end up "re"making the order and I delivered it to the customer. I waited more than 20 min for both parts of the order.

Sat in line behind 1 customer at the drive thru for 15 minutes. Ordered a 3 piece, spicy, chicken meal combo. Asked for 2 thighs and a wing with mashed potatoes and was told that was ok. Opened it up when I got back to my hotel room 15 minutes later and had 3 non spicy soggy thighs with a side of rice. Tried engaging conversation with the two people at the window and they wouldn't acknowledge me except to take my payment. I will never stop here again and wouldn't recommend that anyone else does either.

A worker shut down the store to let a delivery truck unload and told everyone they were closed (8:45pm Sept 3rd was suppose to close @ 10) even though the store should of been open when I came. I actually took a picture of them because I was so angry so this worker in the picture closed the store 2 hours prior to closing also the delivery guy is in the picture. I even asked them why they were closed early and the reply she gave was she need to stock the and did not have enough time to stock and run the store. Numerous cars drove by and was turned down so probably a good $150 in sales out the window. Rude staff member insulted me as well when she seen the picture taken.

I have no clue what is happening with their quality of food and services. This is what our chicken has looked liked the last two orders. Not only is it way overcooked but it is also tasteless. Their customer service is just as bad. I would not have returned but I was giving them the benefit of doubt since we're long time customers and at this time the only place to get fried chicken in our area. So with that, We will no longer be a customer unless a major overhaul is completed. They need better chicken and better cooks. You cant cook chicken this small at the same temp you would on the size you were normally accustomed to.
