For the most part all of our trips there have been nice. They are always busy though. Police do sit there regularly to keep things safely moving. I can say though to definitely read the signs about the water out by the gas pumps. DON'T DRINK IT! Not safe.

Half the card readers dont work. The place is filthy. They rarely empty the trash or refill the windshield washer buckets. If the card reader works chances are the pump nozzle wont. Worst loves within 500 miles.

Stopped there for lunch May 29 2022. Had a terrible experience. There's a young lady that works here at Chester who was very rude playing with my food. Purposely messed my order up then tried to offer me free food. I dont mind joking with people but this was to far. She was very rude i stood at chesters waiting because the other young lady was at subway with a customer. Finally the chester employee comes out the back totally ignores customers and started distracting the subway worker with a conversation about clubhouse whatever that is and the girl totally ignored her after that she looks at me and says what you want. She act kike she was playing until i matched her energy then she start telling her coworker i was rude. She had some shiny chrome stuff in her mouth. You cant miss her becareful. Also I threw the extra food away you brought to table for me. How can i trust you after that altercation. After speaking to other employees I guess she known for that. To the girl at Subway dont be a follower. You were doing OK until you came from behind the counter playing with me with that young lady.

Typical of today's market. The people that work there are nice but prices are ridiculously high and most things in the store is broken. Step it up Love's, you are already Billionaires.

Generally i dont have problems at love's,but one of the cashiers here for whatever reason decided to give me an attitude. I came in too buy breakfast. While checking out,i hold my things,and have them scan them. I dont like people touching my food,or anything really. She gets mad about it,and tells me "if you dont like people toching your food,then maybe you shouldnt come in here". That is completely unacceptable behavior for someone that works in customer service. I called the "store manager" if thats who was even on the phone,she says" ill take care of it". Didnt appologize for the employee or anthing. If this is how loves wants to treat people,then i will keep my money,and spend it somewhere else!

The food was fresh. Staff were all working staying busy. My wife said the bathroom was nasty. loves is always our favorite place to stop because of the cleanliness and friendly staff. This is not a safe place to stop at night for any rest. There are homeless and other vagrants hanging around but the little cop did try his best to give them the boot but he can only do so much.

I encountered a clean shower, functional coffee bar with lids, sugar, CREAMERS AND MILK, clean subway and pleasant staff. The parking lot and fuel lane design is flat out stupid and makes no sense. There are multiple dropped trailers and bob tails but I was so early it was pretty wide open. The fence and bizarre grassy area in the middle of the parking lot almost encourages littering and pooping outside as the walk in to the store can be long if you’re on the wrong side of the fence.

I read the bad reviews. While it's not the nicest Loves in the inventory, the staff made up for it with their kindness. They were out of diet Soda. The clerk gave me my ice for free
