Best auto repair shop in Springville, Alabama (AL) 2024

I bought two tires, one to replace the spare on the car, and another that was needed. Everyone was very nice and polite, took care of me right away. When it was done, I DISCOVERED, they never told me before completing the work and charging me, they were unable to get the spare off the car because the lug nuts were damaged. They simply left it and put the new mounted tire in the trunk with no regard to anything they put the tire and wheel on top of. Then I discovered on the bill that I "declined" new valves, that never happened, it was never mentioned. They charged for two tire disposals after I told them I wanted one of the old tires back. No one said anything, I had to find these things out. Their answer was, "you can go inside and get a refund." So, I did. For two dollars and a conversation with the manager. I would not recommend them only because they are unprofessional. They never explained anything, charged for things they did not provide, they never apologized, they were very blasé about all of it. Now I have to go again, somewhere else, and pay them to remove my spare and put on the new tire. Pretty sad. Not exactly great service. ~Ed
