Best greeting card shop in Apache Junction, Arizona (AZ) 2024

If I could give negative stars I would. I made an appointment for a Covid test. I got a confirmation email, and even a reminder this morning. I am sick but I got there right on time to find the pharmacy closed. I got stood up. I get that people get sick, I am sick. But I was there anyway, because no one bothered to cancel or inform me. In fact the reminder literally said "Nothing has changed". Very unprofessional. Not how any business should treat their customers. ~Patricia

Walgreens lost another customer today. From the looks of the other reviews here, I assume this is not a surprise nor the Walgreens PR folks care. Leaving a review to hopefully spare others the experience we've just had. The cliff notes read; my 3yr old has an ear infection and was prescribed medication to relieve his discomfort. A few hours after his Dr. apt, we stopped by the the pharmacy at this store. The employee working the counter was immediately rude and condescending, snapping at my wife for expecting the prescription to be ready. When we advised we could wait, the employee responded with "everyone is sick and you'll have to come back when we call you", followed with we could find another pharmacy if we liked. I'm a firm believer in providing positive feedback wherever possible but this individual, and from the looks of other reviews here this store, do not deserve our business moving forward. ~Kris
