Best beauty salon in Chandler, Arizona (AZ) 2024

So I booked an appointment for my daughter with a completely different person who turned out to be a scam artist . After explaining everything to Ms.Cece, her and her niece calmed me down (because I'm pregnant & emotional with a big event coming up). Not only did they give me advice on how to get my deposit back I sent to that person, but they took my daughter in last minute and was able to do the exact style I wanted. I can't tell you enough how thankful I am for Ms.Cece, even though this wasn't her problem she and her niece went above and beyond for my situation.
