They take lunch time until 1pm and close at 3pm posting the hour change on the front window. They don’t know which battery to replace for Honda cr v so I googled, and they put people intercept the line in front of me when I was browsing around to find the correct battery and bring it to the counter. I couldn’t stand it anymore when second person was served who was behind me. Such a amateur level customer service and no proper auto knowledge whatsoever.
