Best tax preparation service in Coolidge, Arizona (AZ) 2024

Had the delightful opportunity to work with Mandy! During our visits she took the time to answer a private phone call in the midst of our appointment. Failing to answer our questions, she most certainly made us feel welcome by scoffing at our inexperience. Taxes can be a very difficult time especially when the government is coercing money from you. My wife being a little distraught we opted to leave and consider our options. Upon seeing the distress of my wife Mandy so kindly and sarcastically wished us a good weekend. I would honestly say this was the least professional experience I’ve had with taxes. I’ve filed in Tennessee, Kentucky, Washington, Oregon and now Arizona. In all my military travels and interactions I would say this is by far the worst. A little kindness goes along way when working with people hopefully they pick up on that but it’s a corporate so I don’t expect much! Good luck to everyone! ~Roberto
