Hector was great!! He walked in, sat down helped me! The other guy, was with customer when I came in,I sat down and waited an hour! That young man never said hello, never looked in my direction, not once in that time did he even acknowledge my presence!!!! Hector told me if I have any questions or problems with my new phone to come in and he would take care of it! ~Lisa
