Our car got rear-ended. The insurance company gives us several options for repair, we chose this body shop because it is not far from us. The reception lady was friendly. She quickly located the staff who do the inspection. Rudy carefully evaluated the damage, and explained the procedure for repair. He is a nice person to speak with, very knowledgeable about car repair. He called me the next day to update the status and let me know the work can be done sooner. We're satisfied with the work performed. It was done professionally and quickly. What beyond my expectation is that the car was entirely detailed when we picked it up.
