I have been working with Y Fit for almost three months now and my results so far have been incredible! Jess has helped me see a real path to my fitness goals and he is just as enthusiastic about it as I am. He has done an amazing job of creating a real community within their client base made up of people of all fitness levels who support and encourage each other.
