Lady taking our donations was rude. Told us only to load half of her cart because she couldn't unload the other half. Then was putt off by the amount we brought as if it was a lot of work for her. Hey, maybe don't have extremely out of shape people working to accept donations. Will be seeking another location in future for donations. ~Matthew

The move the did was with a lot of really heavy furniture. The team was professional, friendly and experienced. Took 6 hours for tear down at 5,000 sq ft, set up at new house. The best movers I have used. ~Barb

Linda and Zack were very friendly and knowledgeable. Made me feel like I chose the right storage facility. They deserve a raise. P.S. Fix the golf cart for them. Walking on hot asphalt is not fun in the AZ summer heat. ~Raul

Very untrained and unsafe driver, this guy is going pass 76mph cutting people off and brake checking, no turn signal when switching lanes pass me and flick me off and went in front of me to brake check me while I’m driving an 18 wheeler l fully loaded 80,000lbs let your driver know that he needs to respect the roads as well as the people driving around him. ~Arnold

I cannot say enough great things about this office. Our girl was bitten by a suspected snake and they absolutely went above and beyond during our emergency and pet parent freak out. 100% recommend them for anything related to your fur babies! ~Callie-James

Do not come here for propane if it is anywhere near sunset. The guy at the front counter told me he can't refill my propane tank after dark. It is not currently dark, the sun is technically behind the horizon but it's absolutely light outside. I don't know if this is a company policy that they are not allowed to refill propane after the sun sets or what, but there's plenty of light outside. I'll just start going down the road to tractor supply from now on. ~Kadooks

The pharmacy is the worst! We go for a while getting refills on time with the text notifications, then for NO REASON, when we go to pick up only one of two is ready. Then we made a special trip to update to a new insurance plan and I specifically asked if everything would be ok. I was assured it would. Well, we did not get the text notification to do a refill, so I did it over the phone. Then today, I get a text that one prescription is ready and the other needs insurance verification. When I called, they DID NOT HAVE THE NEW INSURANCE ON FILE. So how did one prescription get filled, but the other one not?????? I am so frustrated with this pharmacy!!! We went for quite a while with no problems and now we have problems with almost every prescription. I don't know what changed but I wish they would get their act together!!! ~Jeanne
