Pharmacy Refuses to answer he phone, I walked inside and called them just to watch them stand around and talk while ignoring the phone!

The pharmacy is the worst! We go for a while getting refills on time with the text notifications, then for NO REASON, when we go to pick up only one of two is ready. Then we made a special trip to update to a new insurance plan and I specifically asked if everything would be ok. I was assured it would. Well, we did not get the text notification to do a refill, so I did it over the phone. Then today, I get a text that one prescription is ready and the other needs insurance verification. When I called, they DID NOT HAVE THE NEW INSURANCE ON FILE. So how did one prescription get filled, but the other one not?????? I am so frustrated with this pharmacy!!! We went for quite a while with no problems and now we have problems with almost every prescription. I don't know what changed but I wish they would get their act together!!!

Ordered a refill online on Monday. Tried to follow up during the week by phone when got no on-line notice. Was hung up on 3 times trying to call. Never got through. Friday went to the store. The clerk said they did not know when it would come in. Called another location for possible refill. Said other location had it. Went to second location. Said they did not have. Finally, they found a partial refill.

I only use Walgreens pharmacy, but, about to move to CVS. The wait to pick up prescriptions is out of control right now. My past several trips to this store have been horrible.

The pharmacy is so incredibly mismanaged. There should be a law that if they are going to be giving Covid vaccines, they need to have 2 pharmacists present. The last 3 times I went there, the pharmacist priority was the vaccines and not filling (or approving what tech fills) urgently needed prescriptions. If the pharmacy has changed it's priority to vaccines over prescriptions, then they should tell customers that, so we can go elsewhere. Watching the pharmacist do vaccine after vaccine while I'm waiting an hour for her to sign off on a prescription that a tech filled was incredibly frustrating, and my husband needed his meds ASAP. The staff try their best. They are nice people. The pharmacy is grossly understaffed, both with only 1 pharmacist and not enough technicians. If they can't get a 2nd pharmacist, then don't give vaccines or send us elsewhere for our prescriptions.

Anyone know a good local pharmacy? Rx's sent from hospital. Walgreens sent text saying 3 in process and one delayed Called store. Auto system sent me to human. Now on hold for 20 minutes. Earler: BEWARE: The pharmacy takes a break from 1:30 to 2:00 PM. If you are in line and have been waiting for a long time, you are out of luck. They close without regard for customers and their wait times. Individuals working the pharmacy seem to be hard working professionals. The problem likely lies on some level of management.

Went in today to get my COVID Booster. The staff was very blunt and unfriendly. No smiles, no greeting, except for the tech stating she was too busy to work both the Rx window and the COVID window. There were four other employees standing around. Then another tech came to the window designated for COVID shots and asked me what I needed. I told her I am here for my COVID appointment and I registered online with paperwork. She takes a while to find me, then says I should of told her that I had registered online. Uhh, I did. Then she say: not with me. Uhh, yes you. Wow, I have shopped at Walgreens since the 1980s, and never, ever, have I ever been treated so rudely. Also, this was my third vac from Walgreens, the others I had done at the GV location on Continental. They were friendly and I didn't feel the stick. However, this stick was very painful, I went through stage 4 breast cancer, and was given needles for something or the other for almost six years. But this stick was the MOST painful I have ever had. I gave 2 stars only because I did get what I came in for...the jab. I will not be using this location ever again.

I just moved to the Green Valley area and haven't established a primary care physician who can write my prescriptions. Walgreens transferred my prescriptions from Seattle and I was able to have it filled here. The Pharmacy texted me when it was ready and I was met with extreme courtesy and efficiency when I picked it up, Yoli, the Pharmacy tech who helped me asked if this was a new medication and when I said "No", she poured a few of the pills into the bottle cap and asked if they looked right to me. I have never had a tech take that extra step to ensure I had the correct medication. 5 stars for Yoli and Walgreens!

My mom is 87 and does an amazing job caring for her husband and my dad who is 90, they are on a schedule so when the pharmacy tells them that a prescription will be ready in 30 minutes and they sit and wait and then after 30 minutes the pharmacy tells them they haven't filled it yet, theres a serious problem with your pharmacy, she has to return home with my dad, make sure he is ok, leave him alone, and then come back out to the pharmacy only to be talked down to by the pharmacist, they tell my mom it's not their problem and she has the option to go somewhere else, this is inexcusable , you are there to not only provide exceptional customer service but to care for those in need, if you cant do that, then get out of the business. I've been in customer service for over 30 years and I realize there are difficult people everywhere but it is up to us to overcome and resolve the issue quickly. Perhaps training courses for your staff in the pharmacy in compassion and conflict resolution is in order. I couldn't help but notice that the store gets good reviews but the pharmacy has all terrible reviews.
