Best tool rental service in Mesa, Arizona (AZ) 2024

One of my favorite store I literally have one 2 blocks away from my house on southern n another one on Gilbert but every time I go to this location the assistant Manager Jonathan is always kind enough to help me even when it’s 100 degrees outside that’s what I call great customer service . ~Araceli

Very horrible customer service. 10-12 people in line. Nobody behind the counter at all. All I hear is people laughing the the other back. Maybe people at this store needs more experience workers. Possible workers touching each other's and not helping customers at all. ~Yazzie
