A good price on a truck that they never provide to you is not a good anything. If you're doing a long haul, pay a little more and go with Penske. They'll actually provide what you book. We spent days recieving messages that they don't have a truck, then they did, then would we haul a trailer for them to places we aren't even going? No? Well, suddenly we don't have a truck anymore.
