Best logistics service in Whiteriver, Arizona (AZ) 2024

HORRIBLE!!! The WORST service I have seen in a long time & I have seen some pretty darn bad ones. I have a PO Box. In September I ordered stuff from target who offers free shipping. package sent to business address. Package delivered, BUT they don't deliver to business and they don't hold packages. Told to pay for shipping. Fast forward to January, order some more stuff. Paid for shipping. Text message sent saying that my package is being returned as they can not deliver to address. Went to Post office, forgot my tracking number. Asked can they look it up by my name - "Yes" . Checked no package. Did i mention i have a po box? I have 3 questions: #1 how is it that a government agency who delivers and sends packages or mail, etc not deliver OR #2 have a system for delivering packages OR #3 Hours are from 8:30 to 4:30 and closed on Saturdays? ~Ms.
