Terrible customer service. Most of the people I spoke with over a two week period (while trying to get a compounded prescription set up) were less than friendly, if not outright unpleasant. Finally got the prescription situated, but then WIP messed up, and I just want a refund for the medication I never received. I cannot afford to fill the prescription elsewhere until I receive a refund. When the issue wasn't being resolved, I asked to speak to a supervisor. I had to call twice before a manager called me back. The manager, Elmer, who called me, raised his voice, spoke over me, interrupted me, and refused to make things right. His tone was aggressive and disrespectful and absolutely uncalled for. I have numerous medications that have to be compounded, but I'll gladly take my business elsewhere. ~Sara
