I have been on bio identical thyroid medication for about 14 years it is the best thing I ever did. The chemical thyroid products fluctuated my thyroid continually. My experience with compounded thyroid medication is it keeps my body steady with no change of dosage dosage for a very long time. The staff is friendly and available to answer questions.

Terrible customer service. Most of the people I spoke with over a two week period (while trying to get a compounded prescription set up) were less than friendly, if not outright unpleasant. Finally got the prescription situated, but then WIP messed up, and I just want a refund for the medication I never received. I cannot afford to fill the prescription elsewhere until I receive a refund. When the issue wasn't being resolved, I asked to speak to a supervisor. I had to call twice before a manager called me back. The manager, Elmer, who called me, raised his voice, spoke over me, interrupted me, and refused to make things right. His tone was aggressive and disrespectful and absolutely uncalled for. I have numerous medications that have to be compounded, but I'll gladly take my business elsewhere.

Have had to call to talk yet again because they are still, after many many phone sessions, complaints and discussions with the manager, simply unable to maintain a monthly prescription. Current delay: 13 days. When I called they said "you are not on a monthly subscription." Crazy -making.

I needed medication for my dog that needed to be compounded. I called around to a few places to find out who had the best prices and could get me the medicine the quickest. Pet Health was very helpful (another place was not - refused to give me any info over the phone wanted my vet to send them the Rx before they would even give me a cost estimate). Pet Health answered all my questions, gave me a price over the phone, and they could have it read sooner than the other places if I was willing to pick it up. Bonus: they turned out to be the pet compounding pharmacy closest to me. They were nothing but pleasant and nice, and answered any questions I had without a problem.

I have been getting my pet's medicine here for years. They will get a hold of my vet when he needs a refill. Refilling his medicine through their phone is very easy. I highly recommend Pet Health Pharmacy for pet medications!

This pharmacy no longer accepts cash payments as of March 5, 2021. What?? This is absolutely ridiculous and most inconvenient for someone who has traveled quite a distance to do business with them for the first time. They offered no reason for their decision to no longer accept legal tender for all debts public and private, but if it’s COVID they fear, they are way too unreasonable. Everywhere else takes cash and it’s no problem. And if it’s their push to force a cashless society, they are just as stupid. They have lost my business.

I'm a local veterinarian who uses compounding pharmacies very frequently. I had an amazing experience w/ Pet Health Pharmacy today. I needed to call and cancel a prescription that was already filled and charged by the pharmacy. I was ready for them to decline refunding the medications since they had already gone through so much effort. I was connected to Brittany who within minutes resolved my issue, giving me several options for how to address the problem. She was incredibly polite and professional. I am very happy with the service from a veterinarian's perspective, and now I have a very happy client (making my day easier). I will definitely keep using PHP in the future.

what a great place for pet medication. pet health pharmacy is a compounding pharmacy so they are qualified to make specialized medications for your pets that you would otherwise have to order through the mail. i needed just such a medication for my dog and i needed it quickly because of his condition. pet health had it for me right away and i could pick it up locally. they may have saved my boy and i will always be grateful for that. and because they are specialists, they have a certified pharmacist on duty who can explain exactly how to use the medication and how it will work.

After the response from the Pet Health Pharmacy below, I called and spoke to Rich as the response indicated for me to do and he offered a solution to the issue. I do hope that further training will be offered to Pharmacy Staff so that these issues do not occur for other customers. Thank you, Rich, for your courteous customer service! Previous 1 star review: I have been a customer purchasing my dogs medications monthly for over 5 years. A few months ago we had a different dog with a different prescription need. I called before talking to my vet about getting a decreased dosage to wean my dog off of a drug and was told by the technician that that will not be a problem at all. She said nothing about the cost and I didn't think to ask because I've been a longtime customer, never having a billing dispute, and if it's some sort of outrageous cost you would think for good customer service the person maybe would be forthcoming before you place the order. After receiving the order and paying the same price for 14 pills that I had been for paying for 30 pills at double strength, and also paying the same price for 14 pills at a quarter of the original prescription, I was astounded. When I called and spoke to the technician named Sarah, she had horrible customer service, did not even listen when I asked if she could please talk to the previous technician that I had hoped was in their records from my other phone call so that this doesn't happen to someone else. Thank goodness there are other compounding pharmacies in Arizona! Amazing to lose a customer over something so small.

They don't have a big sign on the building that tells you where they at. It was between tobacco town and the other store. The story why we went there was because found a kitten wandering in our backyard and decided to keep him. And we were told by our vet that to picked up medicine for him which is the price was outrageous. The vet bills already expensive and we have three other cats that also need to take care of. The pharmacist was a nice old gentleman and explained to us how to use the medicine. They should lower the medicine price and it is only for 5 days use.
