Best telecommunications service provider in Benton, Arkansas (AR) 2024

I got a new phone in February. took it in to have all my information from my old phone put into it and had to pay $35 fee even though I've had Verizon for four and a half years. They messed up my phone and I was without a phone for several days. The phone has never worked correctly so I decided to get a new phone. Now I have to pay the stupid $35 fee again. They seem to find out anyway they can to make the poor customer pay something. They also charge $25 fee for transferring your information from your old phone to your new phone. They also charge you a $3.50 fee every month per line without telling you that they decided to do this. It has something to do with taxes that they have to pay. It's not like you're paying enough taxes now. ~Joyce
