Best greeting card shop in Greenwood, Arkansas (AR) 2024

Wonderful location! Always clean and tidy. The employees are very friendly and greet you as you arrive through the door. The calling system for the pharmacy dept. doesn’t seem in working condition but I was told that they are aware of the situation and were more than happy to page pharmacy directly and I was able to get in touch with them rather quickly that way. The pharmacy itself is always wonderful. They are busy most of the time but do not let it interfere with their customer service. If you do not have insurance they apply coupons to bring down the cost of your prescriptions without you even asking! The photo lab and cashier employees are personable going out of their way to make sure all your needs are met. Deborah and Kelsey are always helpful and provide great customer service. From personal shopping experience at this location I have seen other customers treat employees unfairly and I’m assuming they are the same ones leaving the vague harsh one star reviews. If you actually want to know how well this location really works I hope that this detailed review will give you better insight to how this location truly is, a wonderful and professional store with knowledgeable staff. ~Nicholette
