The drive to get the vehicle was longer than the process to buy, and I didn't mine the 3.5 hour drive. Everything was set up over the phone so all I had to do was drive in, check out the vehicle, and then sign the papers. The whole process took less than 2 hours from first contact to completing the sale. This time is for communication and signing paperwork. Jasmin and Jason were fantastic through the whole process. I hope you guys read this carefully. This company is a ripoff to begin with. My mother took her vehicle here for an AC repair and the exaggerated price that was charged 400.00 to replace a blower motor that only cost 60.00 and give or take 20 minutes to replace. Average cost of hourly rate mechanic, 90.00 an hour, do the math. I'm a technician as well so I know how this goes, unfortunately I'm not in town otherwise I can do this repair. Steer far as you can from this place. Not even one star I'll give you. ~Moises

My sister who is hard of hearing was getting her medicine . A very tall ,dark headed man/boy with facial hair was so very rude .I'm sure he would be very upset if someone spoke to his grandmother - the way he spoke to her. One day you will get older , possibly hard of hearing - you will see how it feels. It saddens me that our younger generation has no respect for their elders . I had a fuel pump power supply issue, Gustavo - Gus the mechanic found easier and cheaper solution for me. He put the wire str8 from my batteries to the fuel pump so that way I know it will run fine since I was in the rush didn't wanna wait for him to find where's the actual disconnection. Decent people, no attitude willing to work for and with you, not against you. Labor hour 105$ plus the material and 3% transaction fee if you're paying with card. More than fair. Went through the drive thru for a quick lunch. Rice was raw in the beefy melt. No meat in a BEEFY 5-layer and no shredded cheese. Phone is disconnected when we tried to call to let them know about the rice. 5layer was mostly liquid and spilled out of the bottom of the tortilla all over my car. It is like this place gradually gets worse and worse. No wonder no one is ever here when we go by. It is a wonder this place is still in business. ~Justi
