Taylor, Colton and Seth were truly a blessing to my husband and I. Our car broke down and we were stranded 7 hours from home. I have purchased several vehicles from here. A couple weeks ago I traded my Acadia which I had several thousand in equity. I put come down towards my new purchase and was getting $6.000 back. The deal (which was made by Kyle and Jason) which was when my new truck was registered and had the tags available to pick up at the dealership the check would also be ready. It was supposed to have been ready two weeks ago, twice last week, yesterday and then today. When I called to check on I was then told they had my tags and registration but couldn’t cut my check. Now I was told by Karen the title clerk they had to wait on the title from my Acadia. That they no longer have. Long story short they DO NOT stand behind what they tell their customers.

The drive to get the vehicle was longer than the process to buy, and I didn't mine the 3.5 hour drive. Everything was set up over the phone so all I had to do was drive in, check out the vehicle, and then sign the papers. The whole process took less than 2 hours from first contact to completing the sale. This time is for communication and signing paperwork. Jasmin and Jason were fantastic through the whole process. this business has harassed me for over 3 months. I've begged them to stop. i have called, left messages, replied to emails, that i had bought a car and have no need of another. even threatened to report them to the bbb... they won't stop. i have screenshots of 3 full pages of calls they made to me, at least 2 a week...

I live over 900 miles from Hope, AR, but found the car I was looking for at a great price at Hope Auto. I worked with Mike Benson - best salesman I have ever dealt with. They had the paperwork and car ready to go when I got there, and gave me a fair price for my trade-in. I was in and out the door in half an hour. Everyone I encountered was courteous and as helpful as they could be. It might sound crazy to drive 900+ miles for a car, but it was worth it.
