Called into service whilst on a road trip from Texas with a check engine light, and spoke with the service advisor called Dalton. He checked the car out and had us on our way very quickly. Fantastic service and very very helpful. If we were local I would definitely go see Dalton for all of our service needs.

The vehicle we purchased has been in the shop for most of the payments. The customer service from your sales manager was below average. When we asked if the vehicle could be bought back he told us for 20,000 less than what we purchased it for. He said you weren’t in the business to lose money, so I guess we are? Unacceptable service to be honest. Then, upon thinking about trading it in, we were told we would need at least $30,000 down payment. 🤯 the service department was always super nice but just couldn’t seem to get it fixed and that ended up costing us more money for the deductibles that had to be paid. Finally, after so many times having it in your shop, new transmission, newer used motor, and who knows what with the electrical work it seems to be working correctly. It’s only been a week so I’m not very optimistic and do not trust the vehicle we bought from you. I definitely won’t be taking any trips in it anytime soon. Fearing the tow bill would be phenomenal. So, in conclusion, I nor my family will ever purchase another vehicle from your dealership.

Hands down, THE BEST car buying experience EVER!!! No pushy sales tactics, and went above and beyond, on every step of the process! .. They also gave us a great trade in Value! Jay, a new salesmen, was VERY helpful! Even coming in on his day off to help with some post sales stuff. Highly recommend this place!

I had contacted several dealerships in my area looking for an Envision Avenir, and Fernando Garcia was the most knowledgeable, professional and helpful. He spent about 3 hours with us making sure our questions were answered, and we drove away with this beautiful SUV. Everyone at the dealership was friendly. It was a very nice transaction.

I believe they have great customer service and technicians, the only reason for a (7) seven rating is due to the price of parts dealerships charge. $27 for oil filter, $84 for oil ($14 quart), fuel filters $101. OVER $300 for oil change and fuel filters,, all which can be done in about 45 minutes. The best fuel filter by GM via amazon is half the cost, as is the oil filter. So why is there such a huge markup ? Ridiculous, if it wasn't a warranty issue, I wouldn't be using the dealership where I bought my vehicle. Additionally, they didn't notice my oil change should have been free due to CPO program and had to bring it to their attention after paying, but no worries, next one will be free. Good dealership but GM really should get a handle on their parts cost if they want business after warranty expires. Don't mind paying a little extra for dependable service, but not at the inflated parts cost = $125 + misc chg $7.25 + tax = $145 oil change,,,,,,,,,,,,,,ridiculous !!! Changed to a 6 due to that

I feel that I was taken advantage of. The initial problem was that the air conditioner blower was going off and on and even blowing heat sometimes. Sounds like a switch or a valve, right? The check engine light also came on about the time that I took it for service. So, I'm out over $1000.00. I especially object to the notice on the bill saying that the 'customer request a complete fuel system service" I did not! I can not remember this being discussed at all. If it was mentioned, it was only briefly, in the course of discussing the service needed, and I did not initiate it. Dalton is very slick.

The salesman, Eli was great to work with, no issues at all. The finance manager was a different situation. I signed a buyer’s order for the negotiated price that included my trade in. During the process of signing all the financial documents I noticed the final price was higher than I had agreed to. The finance manager added a extended warranty without asking me first. I had it removed based on principle. I don’t dictate the manager’s personal finances but yet that’s exactly what he tried to do with mine. I didn’t appreciate it is putting it mildly.

We had our Silverado break down while on a two getaway Thursday around 6pm so we had it towed to the dealership. Eric from the service department had us back on the road by 10:30am Friday. Thanks for the great service job well done!

Oil change done Thur Aug 4. Today received a $20.00 offer for discount on my Enclave for oil change. Why was I not offered yesterday? This offer expires 30 Sept so it does not have any value.
