The service center is as bad as an Indian scam call center. Make sure to read your paper work before paying and either record your conversations with them or have a written quote for work that's being done. Was quoted 1 hour of labor for a key fob replacement and then tried to charge me for 2 hours of labor. Avoid like the plague if at all possible.

I love Central Toyota and their team! I highly recommend for you to go check them out if you are looking for a pre-owned or new vehicle. They can meet all of your needs! Go see Jennifer Goodman, she was my sales lady and she worked her magic to get me into a car that fit my personality and my budget! JJ the sales manager was amazing, very charismatic and makes you feel welcomed and he is HILARIOUS. 😁 10/10 recommend, I will never take my business any place different.

Jennifer Goodman is the best she was so helpful and got me the best deal possible. I was originally interested in a 2021 Camry and she got me into a 2023 Camry with a lower payment than I could have ever imagined! Definitely go to central Toyota and ask for Jennifer!

RANT: My son bought his first car a couple months ago from Central Toyota. The only nice thing I have to say is the finance guy we dealt with was great. 🙂 But that is were it ends. The car was in desperate need of a major detail job. Which we were assured that it would " look like new" when it was finished. Negative. It did NOT. Stains were left in the seats. Next we were told that the chipped paint would be fixed. NEGATIVE. They did not. Then they said they would replace the missing speaker cover. Nope. They couldnt be bothered with that either. They put me over to the Parts dept to order the paint pen ( cause now they want us to just touch it up with a paint pen) and speaker cover. We have went as far as sending pics of the missing speaker cover. It is so ridiculous. DO NOT BUY FROM CENTRAL TOYOTA! FURTHERMORE! I really do believe that one of the reasons we have received this treatment is because I am a woman and my son is young. Absolutely pathetic!!! They always have some excuse. The detail shop dropped the ball. We are changing our shipping company. I call BS. #centraltoyota Do better!!!! Also, its been 2 months. That is ample time. I have been patient. No more.

Avoid at all costs. I went in asking a simple question and was dismissed, ignored, and sent home with the wrong information. The boys in the service department need a lengthy lesson on how to treat customers. I would drive 100 miles before going to this Toyota for service again.

Good: The sales men/women are great nice, informative and helpful. However id like to personaly watch my Vehicle be serviced, because of the fact that the papers they gave me said that things had been done that had not been done. my tires were not rotated and my fluids had not been topped off as I was told, or the papers stated. this has happened 2 times now.
