Justin and staff were amazing! Justin took his time to explain why the original dryer I had came to look into may not be the best fit for me. He looked into several units for me, explained all financial options and even helped with making a few lists of price differences between appliances. The overall staff was sweet, and informative but also friendly and welcoming. They not only found an affordable appliance for me but one that fit all my needs and was budget friendly. Place was completely empty and no one helped me at all. I was literally standing 11 feet from 4 sales people and they totally ignored me. Their prices were to high compared to Home Depot and Lowes. I would not shop here

American Freight is amazing. I was only interested in buying a dryer but after seeing how affordable they were, I decided to buy much more. The delivery men called ahead and set up everything perfectly. All around, a very great experience and we had the professional Kenny help and answer any questions we had.

Carlton was my salesperson. He was very patient with me explain more than once about all the charges that are going on my bill I really appreciate his understanding and his help when I had to apply for credit online and then after I was approved he explained everything in detail while I was being charged this and why I was being charged that. I would definitely deal with him again I'm grateful for all the time he took with me he didn't get stressed or act aggravated.

EJ helped us find the perfect set for our living room. He was so nice and understanding and understood exactly what we wanted and helped us find the perfect set. We also got some amazing area rugs and some nice dressers from there. Definitely will be coming back and requesting him every time. The prices are perfect also. Compared to other places and trust me we looked they are the cheapest and have amazing quality stuff. We love American freight and we recommend them to everyone

I made 3 trips to the store today. As I was not sure on what to purchase first or if I was even going to purchase from here. Every associate greeted me with a smile and was eager to help. I had a hard time deciding on on whether to commit to a purchase. It was almost closing time on my last return to the store and Carlton was patient answered every question I had. .. checked other stores for products. He is definitely an asset to the store! He is an example of great customer service.

We had a great experience today with Carlton! We drove about 3 hours to this location based on selections we saw online. Carlton pulled those pieces while we drove over and gave us time to chat over the choices. The items were appropriately described online per their condition. Ms Carolyn helped me as soon as I walked in greeted me made me feel very tremendously welcomed! Allowed me to check out all the different mattresses they had available, everything I wanted she made sure was available for me she was very helpful and I love how she wasn’t very pushy and just trying to make a sale she was very patient and polite to me. Justin and the gang rock so hard! I most likely spend way too much with them but it’s irresistible because the prices are so great and the customer service is next to none! I have never met friendlier and more committed staff! I was having an absolutely terrible day and I just needed something to go right...Justin particularly was an extraordinary help! He went out of his way to ensure my dishwasher replacement was durable, within my budget, and warrantied. The staff even had it packaged and ready for pickup and loading within 20 minutes!
