The food is good but be prepared to spend a long time in the drive thru line around lunch because they get slammed. They also always forget the sauces for chicken nugget meals and always give me sweet tea when I ask for unsweet. The employees are friendly even if they sound annoyed on the intercom. Very poor service. Ordered 2 meals with large drink, when they provided small ones we asked to have large. She took them put them in a large cup and filled with ice. It’s a shame to be treated in a disrespectful manner. Here I was thinking the service industry was getting better.

I’m not quite sure what the issue was tonight but I have ordered online previously at this location and never had an issue with having my boyfriend pick up the order without me having to physically be there. The lady told him that she needed my phone verification and after waiting 30 minutes in line my boyfriend decided to drive all the way back to pick me up and drive us back to McDonald’s. We went straight to the window and brought my phone for verification and once we got to the window they didn’t even ask for it, just my name. I didn’t have this issue last time but it definitely was a huge waste of time and gas to drive back and forth to this location just for them not to ask for the one thing they supposedly needed. Fries weren’t even hot when they gave us our order but we were already fed up with the place and just decided to take our losses and leave.

It seems the burgers are getting smaller. My wife ordered a fish sandwich and it was just a small square cold piece of fish on a bun. My Big Mac was warm but the fries were warm not hot. And as usual the ice cream machine was not working.

I live a block away. Line is always super long and takes 20 mins or longer. Food order is always wrong, food is cold or stale and the drinks taste horrible. This has happened 5x mind you I don’t eat there very often but I am definitely going to go out of my way to drive to a different McDonald’s from now on. Horrible Horrible service, save your money and go to a different one!

Love the food and people but the ice machines have been broke there for over a month. The sodas are flat and warm. They don't seem to have the money to fix which makes you afraid of what else they may be skipping like cleaning and food safety

What nice service, it's been ages since I walked into a McDonald's. The counter lady was patient as I was totally lost in the menu combinations. My meal came quick and hot. The place was clean, beverage area was completely stocked. Great visit after all the years, to relive a childhood memory now that I'm 68, no disappointment.

Sitting at the window at McDonald's for like 5 minutes, then I hear this guy just start raging and yelling about how long he's been sitting at the drive thru ready to order. Mind you I'm waiting there for already like 5+ minutes. I decide I'm just gonna pull up and order at the window. I pull up and this dude is just sitting there on his phone. Finally looks at me and asks me what my order was (assuming since there were no orders on his screen since they were ignoring the drive thru) told him i just drove up cause nobody was answering, gave him my order and wait another few minutes which is when I took this picture (long enough for me to sit there and annoyingly loudly sing like 2 songs from my spotify) I've worked in a drive thru. ITS NOT THAT HARD. Get off your phone and do your job your getting paid for. This guy that was screaming in the drive thru shouldn't have had to get to that point but they WERE NOT ANSWERING THE DRIVE THRU. This lady that pulled up after me was getting frustrated too cause she wasn't being answered either. Like I get it. You hate your job. I'm not fond of my job either but you know what....I STILL DO IT. It's not my fault you chose to work at McDonald's. It's late. Your open. Be open.

Ibe received both good and bad food/service at this location. I know they are short staffed. I made an order through postmates, received a moldy mcRib and decided to call to let mcdonalds know so they can make sure nobody else gets moldy buns..... They didnt seem to believe me and hung up on me.
