The order was complete and correct and tasted as expected. We ordered online but still had a 15-20 minute wait. The dining area needs a solid cleaning. There seemed like plenty of team members but looked like they were doing something close to nothing...outsider opinion, that's just how it looked.

My sisters was in an accident yesterday evening and when we left the emergency room we were very hungry. So we decided to go to our favorite KFC, store #3015, on 6808 NW Loop 410. The manager Ryan and his team, provided us with an enjoyable meal, that hit the spot, and we didn’t have to cook it. Thanks KFC crew, momma Duke’s

Lady standing over guy at cash register was extremely rude. I think it was the manager. I had not been to this location in many years. They could never get the order right. Thought I would try again. Won't be returning. Food very greasy too..

Smells DISGUSTING. food tastes dirty. Restrooms are disgusting and the workers act like you're bothering them when they haven't even had 1 customer in an hours time. Do not recommend coming to this location. Even outside smells like raw sewage, so your appetite is gone when you walk in.

Not good went for a chicken sandwich meal had to wait for fries which is fine however when i left realized they didn't give me my drink, then i get home eat ny sides only to find the chicken sandwich the main thing was not there. Was not happy.

The restaurant looked empty and they took a while to come to the front. We ask them if they're serving food and the cashier says, "Well was the door open?" I answered "yes" well then I guess it's open. How can I help you? The original fried chicken was good. Most of the tables were dirty and the back room was full of what looked like paperwork. The restroom was dirty and restaurant was too cold so we couldn't stay long. We ate and left super fast.

I gave KFC a try after many years. I ordered the big box with a chicken sandwich and it came with my choice of 2 sides, biscuit and drink. The green beans were very salty, the fries were cold and had a lot of small pieces (loke if they were left over), the sandwich was not good at all. Will not come back!

Last week I ordered a 12 piece bucket. It came with the tiniest pieces of chicken. Not only these wings but you can see the adjacent legs & thighs...tiny...I'm sure this is a corporate issue but for certain it's not a value...

Ordered 8 piece spent 24.00. Was told no white meat. I was given mix of crispy and original. Original was burnt very dark brown and super greasy. Crispy was old cold and dry. Was asked if I needed a receipt said no cause I never had any problems. Called to get speak to manage but was told not there and nothing was done.
