Lately they’ve actually been making their food fresh. I’ve never had a hot Crunchwrap and I didn’t know how good it was when it was actually hot! I’ve visited about 3 times in the last month and the food has actually stayed hot on my 5 minute drive home and that’s never happened with Taco Bell.

This was the worst drive-through experience I’ve ever had. I got no spoon with my food. It took 30 minutes for two tacos and mashed potatoes and the lady took 10 minutes to hand me my bag through the window. And there is no meat in my tacos.

We waited here today for 27 minutes until we got our food. We ordered 4 tacos. Once it was brought to us, they forgot some of our order. I understand waiting if it was a restaurant but for fast food I would expect faster service.

This place is hit or miss, sometimes the service is fast and sometimes you just walk out because no one will serve you. Today I walked out because the people in front of me were asking for refunds because they had been waiting over 20 minutes for food.

This was the MOST pathetic, incompetent staff, I have ever had the displeasure of experiencing. Not only was the order wrong, the disgustingly, arrogant staff and manager, did everything they could to make this my last for any kfc or taco bell. They took our order at 551pm. Told us to pull around and it would be out shortly. At 620pm, the order was still not ready. It was pulling teeth to get a refund. Its is no wonder, to me, why their establishments are so poorly rated.

Okay, I normally don't like to review fast food places, but I was really impressed at how fast and friendly the employees were at this location. Stormy the manager was incredibly nice at the window and ensured we would be taken care of quickly. Our order was accurate too, but this was honestly top notch service for such a large fast food chain!

Enjoyed the tacos and other food, they also serve KFC so its a 2 in 1 menu. May be a little more clean environment might be good.
