First time I went to this location it was actually open and they served me in a timely fashion. I went another night and no one answered the speaker. It's supposed to be 24 hours and yet somehow they just decided to take a night off. Very unfortunate that there isn't more oversight. They definitely lost a customer in me.

If I could give a negative rating I would. No munchie meals, No Curly Fries, and tried to charge me $9.19 for a #10 Combo that was $8.89 on the menu, and then had to reverse out the drive thru lord knows what else they don't have!!!?? Why are they even open??? Do better guys!!

Over priced &i seem to recieve nasty food everytime. Not sure why I continue to go to this location, but every single time, I am DISSAPOINTED. My tacos tasted burnt and my onion rings were black. I tried to call to speak to a manager about getting fresh food, but of course nobody ever answers the phone. I was wrongly upcharged my meal, which i was then given a nasty look for asking why it was so expensive (but i didnt even check to see she upcharged so thats on me). I'd definitely try another location. Tbh I think this is top 3 worst locations. Because there's only 3 mostly. 🤣✌️

I went at noon and I’m blown away by how much I enjoyed the jumbo Jack meal with curly fries. I stopped by on my way to work and was pleased it was fresh made with crispy lettuce and plump tomatoes too! It was perfectly wrapped so I could enjoy it on the drive. The fries were crispy and the coke was super refreshing. I’m not a big fan of JITB bc the one I used to live near sucked so much. But this location I will def go to again!

Arrived at this location and I was told That there’s. 25 minute shift change And the employee made excuses about my truck not fitting … If y’all can’t serve or make food ir short staff then closed the store

I love this Jack in the Box across Ingram Mall they have great service the food is prepared to your liking and the customer service is outstanding. Expedient drive-thru and that's a plus. This is a place to go to for fast food when you're in a hurry you want to get something to eat and be on your way. Ms Barrientes 👍 🤗 👍 🤗 👍

Cashier spoke with such deadness and like I was wasting her time just for having the audacity for pulling up, I won't be coming back, there's plenty of other JITBs in town. I can see why they don't have customers. As a person who used to be a cashier at a fast food establishment I understand it's a thankless job and draining to have the same exact conversation a thousand times over, but please be nice to the customers who are nice to you.

I have never I. My 58 years if life had such a horrible burger. It looked and tasted like it was made the day before. Not edible at all. Bun hard as a rock. Cheese looked shiny as old cheese left out. Burger was as hard as the bun. Never again. Stay away. Eat out of a dumpster before you waste your money here

I was trying to pick up an order at 0720, the lobby was closed today, the bell on the door went un answered, nobody acknowledged me on the drive through for 4 minutes, I drove to the order pass through window, was seen twice, nobody answered for 3 minutes, I went back to the front door and knocked, no answer for 2 minutes, went back to the drive through and was finally answered. When I pulled up to get door dash order, the worker told me they don't have that order, "it never came through to our side." Is what I was told. When I asked her to double check for the second time, she found the receipt for my door dash order. She and whoever was here with her didn't notice it at all, and had to start everything right then. Terrible customer service.

Just stopped at this Jack in The Box location. Ordered 6 tacos. Guess they forgot to add the lettuce and the sauce. Just plain meat. Barely any meat I may add. Called the restaurant three times but no answer. The tacos were cold too. Very disappointed!
