Best car dealer in Hot Springs, Arkansas (AR) 2024

The vehicle we purchased has been in the shop for most of the payments. The customer service from your sales manager was below average. When we asked if the vehicle could be bought back he told us for 20,000 less than what we purchased it for. He said you weren’t in the business to lose money, so I guess we are? Unacceptable service to be honest. Then, upon thinking about trading it in, we were told we would need at least $30,000 down payment. 🤯 the service department was always super nice but just couldn’t seem to get it fixed and that ended up costing us more money for the deductibles that had to be paid. Finally, after so many times having it in your shop, new transmission, newer used motor, and who knows what with the electrical work it seems to be working correctly. It’s only been a week so I’m not very optimistic and do not trust the vehicle we bought from you. I definitely won’t be taking any trips in it anytime soon. Fearing the tow bill would be phenomenal. So, in conclusion, I nor my family will ever purchase another vehicle from your dealership. ~Marsha
