Was lied to about a used vehicle. Transmission was shuttering and the tires were shot. I was told the vehicle had no problems and ran out good and the tires were decent but instead the tires were shot and the transmission was messed up but they lied about all that and kept the deposit based of false information. His is a very shady dealership and I would absolutely not trust them. The dealership made it right with me. They refunded the deposit.

It took me 2 trips for them to figure out the problem with my brakes. 1st visit they replaced back rotor and brakes. Said front were fine. 2 weeks later my rotor on front needs to be resurfaced but brake pads are fine? After the rotor on front was fixed I have no issues. Could this have not been done the first time and did it cost me more in labor charges most likely yes. In these days and times that is not good. Mike however was very friendly.

Extremely aggressive and hostile environment to come try to find a new car. We’ve come on two different occasions in the past few weeks and both times we were aggressively chased, cut off, and driven in front of, stopped against our will, blocked in with golf carts while trying to casually drive through. Sad, we have purchased many vehicles from y’all. We will absolutely not be back. The salesmen must be desperate, to block us in and trap us in the lot with their golf carts in the lot even though we nicely already told them that we would let them know if we needed help. Lost a pretty good sale and certainly good loyal customers. Our entire family usually buys from y’all and we have relatives that know the owners, salespersons should always remember that you never know who you’re taking care of.

We’ve been to this place twice and both times came out very disappointed. First time was my daughters oil change. Recently the engine light come on we had to do a diagnostic test ,come to find out the Air filter which is on the list of their checklist completely filthy plus it’s a quart low on oil. The second time we went, it took over three hours to mount two new tires to the back of her car. I would not recommend this place to anybody. Apparently the people there don’t know how to do their job correctly. Even though she lives in Fayetteville she will be taking her to Bentonville from now on where we always get good service

I absolutely love this place for starters Chasity and manger Bobby are EXCELLENT at what they do. Alex in finance is PHENOMENAL hands down will never use anyone else!!! Service Department manager Chris has earned not only all of my business but a ton of respect!!! He has made everything right and so much better since he became the manager!!! They have all been so nice and supportive and I will refer anyone I know to any of these people because they are the BEST!!! Thank y’all for everything!!!

First time I have visited this dealership since purchase of my 2nd truck from them. They honored my warranty even though I have never had my truck serviced with them. Used another dealership because of convenience and location. They went above and beyond to get my aftermarket warranty to cover costs of repairs. Will be back definitely!

The McLarty Daniel team were very helpful and friendly and made the process of buying a new vehicle incredibly easy from the first phone call to the moment I signed the paperwork. Chasity Shipley with sales worked very hard, answered all my question, and kept me updated as much as possible. This will be the first dealership I visit in the future for my new car needs.

I was able to receive an auto loan from Capital One. When I was able to get in touch with someone from this location in regards to shopping for a vehicle, my experience wasn’t decent at all. I was told by Isiah that I would need a certain amount of money to put down (which I had acquired). He was reportedly sick, I texted to check in. Roughly 4 days had passed and out of the blue I receive a text message asking when I would be putting the money down. Awful customer service. When the time came for me to put the money down, I contacted another salesperson. I gave him a heads up that I was ready. I explained to him that I was told I would only need the certain amount of money to put down that I was originally told…. The response that came back was very disappointing. I want able to be put in a car. Even with an approval through the bank. I understood my credit wasn’t where it needed to be but I was still accepted through Capital One. This location didn’t even honor what I was told by Isiah. I’m thoroughly disappointed with the staff, communication and overall service this store has. I think you all need to manage your staff better and keep more of a tight watch on what your employees are telling people. It’s very sad that it took so long for this to take place and when I held up my end, you all couldn’t.

I take my Corvette to McLarty Daniel Chevrolet in Springdale to be serviced by their Corvette technician, Ron Smith. He definitely knows my car. As always, the service writers were very courteous and made me feel welcome upon arrival. Pickup was a breeze, too. GOOD JOB!

I have taken my car to this dealership twice, and in my opinion that was two times too many. I went in for an oil change and for my back passenger tire to be looked at and repaired, it was continuously leaking air. I have a warranty on my tires because I just bought this car brand new. Spent two hours my first visit, they were unable to find my warranty the first time, that’s okay I understand, they took 30 mins for that, then informed me all my tires tread was significantly low and needed all tires replaced but they were able to find the warranty and complete that for me so I definitely did not have to worry about the leak. Amazing I thought, who cares it took 2 hours! I finally get my car and the steering wheel is dirty, oily, smudges from oil all through my cab. But my tire was showing it was full on air, so I bit my tongue and went home. Next morning my tire is low again! I call and they informed me I had to wait 2 weeks to come in. So I waited, filled my tire up before work everyday. My second appointment finally comes and they informed me they have no history of doing anything on my car. Another 2 hours spent at this dealership, and they ran me through more loops to finding my warranty this time and overall a headache. Made me late to my appointment and was rude about it. All in all, worse experience I’ve had at a dealership.
