Best grocery store in Lincoln, Arkansas (AR) 2024

I was in Lincoln for the apple festival and we stopped by Harps for some snacks. When we got home we realized we left a bag of groceries at the store that we paid for. We live over an hour away so running back to the store wasn't a realistic option. I called and explained the situation, and they confirmed the groceries were left at the checkout as we thought. I explained that we live far away and asked if they could just refund my card for the amount that was left. They said no, it's against their policy. So they kept the groceries and my money. Very frustrated at the lack of effort to make a customer whole. ~Jamin
