I went here a few months ago, I thought it would be a fun way to get into excising. Everyone was nice but I was the fattest one In the class. I struggled to get my fat behind off the floor while next to me a 50 year old and thriving woman was doing the splits. By the way I’m 25. Didn’t go back because I thought I took a beginner class clearly that was too advanced but it did motivate me to go to the gym. Ps I’m still fat. ~Ebony
