Best personal trainer in Springdale, Arkansas (AR) 2024

Michael Beard (the owner) keeps the place in pretty solid working condition. Perks of an AF membership include access all over the country, 24 hours a day. 4 racks for squats/bench so always one open. The only downside to this gym is that the 45 lb plates are not regulation height, so floor pulls feel awkward. No bumper plates or lifting platform, but AF isn't a power lifting brand, so it's expected. Been a member here for years. Will most likely stay a member for years more. ~Mike

Enjoy hearing and seeing the details of all of the moves that the coaches give the students. The coaches are very personable and give the students a few laughs every now and then during class which is fun to see. They are very encouraging to all of the students as well. My kids like watching the higher ranks do new things because they do “cool stuff!” ~Tammy
