We waited close to 30 mins trying to open up an account, ended up leaving. This wasn’t the first time giving up on waiting. A man, named Alex, on the phone clearly knew we were waiting, but didn’t take time in telling us it would take time. He could’ve just said “sorry this may take time” instead of saying nothing. I understand there is only banker who can help with account, however, I don’t think it’s right to treat your long time customers like this. If he could’ve communicated with us, I wouldn’t have left a negative review. Customer service is disappointing. We will try a different location to get treated better. ~Hiromi
