I would give a -5 stars if I could, I came in with my new 2022 black Honda civic si and for $40 I thought this would be the best car wash I have gotten but instead I got my car back with several scratches. When I talked to the manager she was very rude and acted like it wasn’t their fault. Services: Vacuuming, Auto interior vacuuming, Auto detailing, Car waxing

Went mid day on a Wednesday. Premium (top level of service for $55) was very thorough inside and out.- took over 45mins. Very happy. Will go again. Services: Vacuuming, Auto interior vacuuming, Headlight polishing, Car waxing

I stayed at 4 stars but it could be 3.5. I like going here but it is a bit expensive, however it is also a hand wash so it can be worth it for that. If my car is extra dirty with anything sticky I usually have to point out it is still there after the wash bur they ALWAYS take care of it.

The paint on my brand new truck had scratches as though someone wearing a belt buckle or a jacket zipper was wiping my hood and grinding into my front left panel. You'd think they would know better. I'm furious.

Just not done well. Granted my truck was really dirty, but it is a car wash. The vacuum job is horrible. The was and dry just mediocre. Too much money for a poor job done!

I am so bummed. I just got my truck washed at El Camino car wash and paid for the Platinum wash. Which is their best wash mind you. At any rate, tons of issues left behind. It's almost like they didn't do anything to the inside of my truck at all, just wiped down the top of the dashboard or something. I mean gosh darn it 50 + bucks their best car wash, which includes the interior and this is what I find in my truck, holy cow. I used to go here all the time. I cannot recommend them anymore. I got the full interior detailing and the transformation was incredible! Taking one star off because the full interior wasn't cleaned- to clean the ceiling was going to be an extra $30 and each side panel an extra $5. I felt like these should've been included in the full interior detail price

I went to this carwash because its hard for me to wash my car on my own due to my shoulder surgery !! The first time i went my car was very well cleaned ! The second time i went i had streak marks from a dirty towel and my car looked dirty i was very disappointed. The third time i went in my tires and rims where dirty and my tire polish was not put on right resulting in some spots where not shinny and the outside trimming was not polished. !! I was very disappointed with the money i spend i could have gone through a regular car wash and gotten better results !! And yes i tipped them every time i went !! Will not be going there anymore.

It is unfortunate when small businesses lie about things and don't offer to correct them .and instead smile or laugh. I paid over 50 dollars in services and had a item broken, In my vehicle today that cannot be replaced . I went back and the person who CLEANED and did the interior and broke the item WAS THE MANAGER and said straight to my face that HE DID NOT KNOW WHAT HAPPENED ( even blamed another employee)and had me leave with the piece of jewelry broken. I came back and the lady inside spoke to me and offered a "free wash". . my vehicle is greasy and my jewelery was broken and I cleaned the rest of it myself . I won't return for a FREE WASH and they will be hearing from me. Services: Vacuuming, Auto interior vacuuming, Car waxing

Fast, does an okay job. I paid $100 for wash, wax, and to have the inside vacuumed and floor mats cleaned. Had to have them clean off back window before leaving, inside was partially clean, windshield has bug guts that weren't cleaned off
