I waited on the phone on hold for 20 minutes, did not attempt to assist me with my needs, I had to call my case manager for help and customer service is poor, constant miscommunication on their part and when they tried to cover up their mistake the employee revealed their error. When I exposed her she disregarded my comment and attempted to end the phone call. Not surprised though it appears to be going on everywhere! ~LaMonica

Not only is this the best pharmacy I have ever been to, they have the best service out of all Bakersfield establishments. They are exceptionally competent, quick and thorough while being compassionate and authentic at the same time. They remember little details about everyone and are genuinely interested in how their customers are doing. They are quick and usually pull my medication to the register as soon as I walk in. I have been going here for over 2 years and can’t imagine a more pleasant pharmacy experience. ~lizzy

I use AMPM quite often and both clerk's needed to have some customer service training . They were very unprofessional. I don't know how customer service could go out the window so quickly. The cashier wanted to argue . And both clerk's couldn't get one answer straight about maintenance on your restrooms . I was very disappointed . Ur clerk's need to have some ppl skills . Fuel is always below the market value when paying for with debit/cash. Very accessible location and quick service!! If you’re traveling East on 24th you have to turn left into the station before you get to the light at McDonald’s ~Karissa

The Girl he has working there, stole my 5 bucks. I HANDED HER THIRTY FIVE DOLLARS AND THEN RAN BACK TO MY CAR. THE PUMP STOPPED AT 30. I CAME BACK IN AND SAID, "DIDN'T I GIVE YOU 35." (SHE STILL HAD THE MONEY I GAVE HER, IN HER HANDS.. MINUS THE FIVE.) MY 5 DOLLARS WAS FOLDED UP WHILST THE REST OF THE MONEY WAS FLAT AND STRAIGHT. SHE MUST HAVE POCKETED MY 5 BUCKS. They have new healthier options!!! I usually get these whole grains (see pics) at other stores and then pick up my produce here, but know I can save a trip! I hope they continue carrying these products here. They also have a restaurant in the store and freshly made salsa and Tortillas. ~Rose

Over 7 dollars for a small container of salsa is rediculous. Been shopping there for4 years no more. Their prices have gone way beyond the other grocery stores. Don't wast your time and especially your money. ~Jonathan
