I had an excellent overall experience at Mattress Firm showroom in Banning, CA. Very knowledgeable specialist there that answered all my questions and concerns about the mattresses and warranty. They really let you relax and test out every mattress for as long as necessary. Felt really welcomed and at home. Not pushy or short at all. Patient and thorough, they go thru the process of purchasing a mattress from start to finish. I was recommended by family to come here and I would definitely recommend someone else to buy from this location. If you’re on the fence of what to buy they will help you decide and compare mattresses with you. They address every concern that you may have to the T. Customer service online with warranty claims is also very helpful. Email communication is best. As long as you’re within the guidelines and standards of the manufacture you should be fine. Pay for the inspection is best. A little side note: Choose the right size for your body la height. And don’t go cheap! You really do get what you pay for. You’re on a mattress half of your life. Nice ladies in this store, but it really needs cleaned up! Lots of interesting things, i'll check back again. They were in the process of moving things around, maybe that's why it seemed so dirty? I'll be back regardless. ~Lorry

This is what it is like to do business in this branch (see pictures). I am depositing my rent and EVERYONE in the line is waiting a minimum 15 to 20 min. This branch lacks proper help / workers to run properly. It is more of a nuisance to come here. This is why I WILL NOT open an account with this bank. Imagine, I don't have an account here, but the people on these line do.... and they still have to wait. Note that the ladies standing on the right side are waiting for enough space to free up in the back of the line... they have to WAIT just get in the back of the line. ~Carlo

People there are really nice and respectful they greet you once you walk in i love this store im there like everyday and they have mostly everything you need i rather go there then to a grocery store ?keep up the good work ! ~Maxine

Since this store open I have been very pleased excellent customer service amazing personality very helpful. I moved from banning to San Jacinto until this day I still drive out there for the service that they provide. Keep the good work ~Banging
