The Banning branch has been temporarily closed for a few months now. Bing and Google are reporting that it's open now, but don't be fooled. It is still closed! I wanted to post an update. I visited this location on Wednesday, April 20th, 2022. It was open but it did look closed because no one was parked in the parking lot. I apologize for the misinformation. It is definitely open, just not on Saturdays.

This is what it is like to do business in this branch (see pictures). I am depositing my rent and EVERYONE in the line is waiting a minimum 15 to 20 min. This branch lacks proper help / workers to run properly. It is more of a nuisance to come here. This is why I WILL NOT open an account with this bank. Imagine, I don't have an account here, but the people on these line do.... and they still have to wait. Note that the ladies standing on the right side are waiting for enough space to free up in the back of the line... they have to WAIT just get in the back of the line.

This location surprised me! Really nice service and management, not rude at all, I went in to help by brother open a bank account and one of the bankers Carmen really helped us out and was really educated in any questions or concerns we asked. They have a good team here 👍🏼

The worst Wells Fargo I ever been too horrible customer service, smells and is run down and dirty. Machines will take your money and take days to get it back 0 stars!

ZERO STARS Tried to open multiple new accounts. Was there at opening. Waited in line to inquire about was there anyone to help us since all the cubicles were empty. After we moved off the line and to waiting area waited again and lady (never gave name or position) said the new accounts person was here in building but didnt clock in for 5 minutes. I asked if that person could clock in to help us. (My time is valuable as anyone else. In todays trip its 3 people and 2 are in wheelchairs. ) the employee said "its only 5 minutes" !! Exactly my point. I left and loaded up wheelchairs to find another bank. If they argue on first time at bank whats the customer service after you place money in their hands? Maybe they DISCRIMINATE AGAINST THE HANDICAPPED . I don't know but what happened to customer service? How about doing your job? i advise to try another bank. Clearly my impression is that there is something horrible going on here and probably rotten to the core from top to bottom.

In the past i haven't been impressed or even put much thought to the employees that work there because it was basic forced minimum customer service. That has all changed since new management change, for some reason all employees at this specific location are absolutely amazing and beyond friendly, I felt so welcomed. I left impressed and so relieved By how sincerely helpful everyone starting from the teller, personal banker, up to the manager himself. This kind of customer service really is great especially when us customers have to deal with stressful account issues that need accurate and quick solutions. Keep up the great work.
