Dr Rau is wonderful, she has taken care of my kitties and has a very gentle way even with my Calico Tootsie who doesn’t like to be held or picked up, or given meds by mouth, I had to make sure it was my cat! Tootsie just let Dr Rau do the exam, her shots and was just so sweet and not the same kitty I knew at home. She took care of my sick one when I was out of the state, and called me once or twice a day to let me know how Scooter was doing. I will continue to take my kitties and cats to Dr Rau for checkups or for boarding them at the Benicia Cat Clinic. ~Judy

Shasta is always so happy to come and see everyone, and we are so happy for the great customer service ! Ms. Olivia was so nice as always (we love her!!) and Dr. Ryan Machowski was a pleasure as well. It's always nerve wracking having your pets under new care but he was so sweet to her and thorough in answering our millions of questions. Dr Rau is kind, caring and has the best interest of our cats for over 10 years. You cannot find a better cat specialist vet. She is irreplaceable for us. We travel from Fairfield to Benicia because it is worth the drive. ~IRVING

I love going to the classes at yoga house. It has such a calm and peaceful atmosphere. All the instructors are great. I really enjoy the 6am sunrise yoga with Kylie. It is a great way to start my day and gives me time to get home to take care of my kids before my husband has to leave for work. I've learned how to use my roller and stretch my sore running/climbing muscles. The heated yoga flow class is awesome too, challenging and fun! ~Cindy
