Best physical fitness program in Brea, California (CA) 2024

I love this place! I never thought I'd say that about a place you "work out" at but it's way more than that. I've been here for 3 years and it's been a life changer. If you come here, you'll always be encouraged to do your best and reminded that by showing up and working, you're improving your life that much more! As soon as you see the community that this place has, you'll understand. I was initially unsure about the whole CrossFit thing but the longer I'm here the better I feel in regards to my health, mental clarity, self image and determination to push through the difficult parts. If you're thinking of trying it out, YOU SHOULD! The coaches here are easy to talk to and Neil is one of the best guys you'll meet, hands down! These people care about you, not just your strength, numbers or performance but YOU! ~Mariano
