1 star is generous. If you need medication, do not use this service! Aka DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE. They will sell it as a “convenience” and then the process takes way longer than going to an actual pharmacy when you’re prescription is ready. Waiting for one of their consultants to go over medication I didn’t need a consultation on made me late for my next appointment. WORSE- I was guaranteed that medication I needed today due to it being in a great deal of pain would be delivered to my house at 6 PM. It is now nearly 8:00 PM and I haven’t received a phone call or anything other than to get my credit card information to pay for the medication I didn’t receive. And of course their office is closed. I’m now out $70, in a lot of pain, no customer service, and no access to the medication I need. DO. NOT. USE. THIS. GO TO CVS!!! ~Kelly
