I personally liked the place. I don't understand the complaints. It's an Outlet store, those usually sell you the stuff that's on display. What you see, right in front of you and you buy. That's what you get. It's not a showroom. For that I believe you go to a regular Ashley Furniture store...😐 I've already bought a few things and have been very satisfied. I also enjoy the fact that sure... the price is right there on the tag, but guess what? You ask for a better price and sometimes you get a better price. What's wrong with a little negotiating? Plus... I saved an additional $100 just for asking. The staff is very friendly and professional, I especially want to thank Nancy who was very good at making me feel like an important customer. ~Miguel
