The bathrooms were clean and they always have the drinks i like 👌🏼. Decently priced compared to other station in the area. The power went out and I was helped by an employee named King. He had multiple things thrown at him yet he handled it! Thank you ☺️ ~jess

If there was a “no star” option I would have used it. The teller was untrained, unprofessional and rude she is a total disgrace to JP Morgan. I worked for JPMorgan and I know what customer service is, I have a heart condition and my hubby went to buy a cashier’s check to pay my Cardiologysr bill, however when he got home realized the name in the Cashiers check was his, the Dr account is on my name so he went back to have it correct it. She( the teller) refused to do it because I wasn’t present? The bank account is under both names “or” not “and “ plus I’m bedridden and when my hubby didn’t take her lies and told her she could add my name she was “furious” and started screaming told my husband “I’m not helping you anymore and if you don’t leave, I’m calling the police” what is that??? Can she just had the situation scaled? Yes, to the next chain on command such as a Supervisor or Manager that would have had the proper training to resolve the issue and followed compliance. This is not the first time she have been rude, but enough is enough. We are posting this review so that no one have to go through this experience and please go to a different branch, people at JPMorgan Chase are excellent and one of the best banks to do business with, just avoid this branch. ~dina
