Cannot service dually vehicles. Do not bring your vehicle here is you own a dually. I brought my tire in and they do not have the capability to remove a tire from a dually type of rim. The service representative was extremely helpful and accepted my tire. Four hours later I returned and learned the technician felt unsafe to remove my tire from the rim because it didn’t fit into their machine. They informed me that they forgot to call me. I have received great service in the pst but this one experience was unsatisfactory. I completely informed them of my vehicle and they should know their capabilities to let the customer know they cannot service them. In addition, they didn’t call me to let me know of the problem. I had to learn about it at the end of the day when all other shops are closed. ~Mike
