Charge way to much ,also I brought my vehicle to get the coolant flushed out they barely put any coolant back In then to add on to the frustration they didn't secure my seal on my radiator thus it leaked all my coolant so I had to buy a new radiator.

Cannot service dually vehicles. Do not bring your vehicle here is you own a dually. I brought my tire in and they do not have the capability to remove a tire from a dually type of rim. The service representative was extremely helpful and accepted my tire. Four hours later I returned and learned the technician felt unsafe to remove my tire from the rim because it didn’t fit into their machine. They informed me that they forgot to call me. I have received great service in the pst but this one experience was unsatisfactory. I completely informed them of my vehicle and they should know their capabilities to let the customer know they cannot service them. In addition, they didn’t call me to let me know of the problem. I had to learn about it at the end of the day when all other shops are closed.

Did not even confirm my email so then I showed up for my appointment and they say they only have one technician available and you couldn't get to it today his next availability would be in 3 days then can't do an alignment on my vehicle. I would suggest trying elsewhere

When I first went here I asked for a 32p Inspection, they did do the basics (brakes paint ect.) but I honestly don't think they know their way around manual cars very much. Changed out the transmission fluid which come to find out was brown, which they said the checked and was supposedly good. The OEM spec for my transmission is clearish fluid, so right off the bat it should have told them that it was dirty. I doubt they even checked it in the first place. Not only that, my clutch fluid reservoir was nearly dry, doubt they checked that either.

My son a Marine had his oil changed and they failed to put oil back in the car, now his engine is limping and it's been 7 weeks. They opened a claim number but refused to authorize the work. They are also refusing if you give him a rental. Not a great way treat a service member

Haven't had the time (or patience) to write a review about here until now. I had a 2000 Honda Civic that I wanted to have the brakes inspected because they felt slippery after being stuck behind an RV coming down a mountain. Next day my driver's side tire fork falls out of place when I pulled into work. No issues like this ever with the car since I bought it until I took it here.

This has been perhaps the worst experience I have ever had with a simple maintenance (Not repair). I dropped my vehicle off the previous day and all I needed was replacement tires and an oil change. The Associate told me that the tires will be there by 1100 and vehicle should be ready by 1400 the following day. The next day, I called at 1445 to check the status on the vehicle, was informed that the tires were getting installed as we speak and vehicle should be ready in an hour. I arrived at 1700 and my vehicle was still not ready and was told it will be another 20 min. Frustrated but I gave them the benefit of doubt. An hour later, my vehicle was finally completed (so I thought). It took an additional 10 min to process my payment. When I finally got in my vehicle there were no sticker for my next oil change and my vehicle had the same “oil change” reading from when I dropped it off. When I asked them about it, that is when I was told that I was charged for a filter that was never installed. Once again, I had to waste valuable time to get that fix. Finally, got in my vehicle and drove less than 200 meters, a light came on saying that I need to add oil immediately! So once again, I turned back to the Firestone only to find out that the Mechanic that worked on my vehicle didn’t know how much oil to put in the vehicle so he just guessed it. Nevertheless, it took 3 hrs to resolve my issue.

Have gone here many times over the past two years for various things. Due to financial circumstances, I have not always been able to get services that I really needed and left my car unsafe. At different times, I think they knew or could tell, and one time got me a front tire that I really needed replaced, and they certainly aren't obligated to do so. I've came here before that, and after that, and it is a good place in my opinion. Getting there early is best, or making an appointment. I'm currently here as I have a tire leak, and they are repairing or replacing with no charge.
