Best fashion accessories store in Carlsbad, California (CA) 2024

I loved this store for many years, but I have to say the staff that works there now leaves so much to be desired. I walked in, smiled and said hello to them, they never replied, they never asked if I needed help, they never offered a changing room, and I when I found a pair of pants I wanted, I decided to put them back due to the fact i didn't want to interact with the rude person behind the counter that was berating a coworker for not pushing the credit card option on the last person to check out. I'd rather order online and wait for shipping. This store is the ONLY store in the forum that didn't have staff that greeted, offered to help, and had a wonderful cheer about them. White House, Chicos, Anthro, Madewell, and Urban Outfitters ALL got my business today. Loft is the only one that I could have bought and didn't all because of their poor staffing behavior. Please hire better Loft! ~Tiegsgirl
