Best tex mex restaurant in Ceres, California (CA) 2024

Mexican rice was hard and crunchy. Chicken in the quesadilla was hard. Daughter couldn’t finish it. Food took over 20 mins to make. I had to complain for them to even start making my order after I witness several drive thru cars go by after I put in my order. Worse experience here. ~Favipx21
