Fraudulent - back in 2019, attempted to pass synthetic blend oil as fully synthetic. Regardless of how negligible the difference is, I paid extra for synthetic; in fact, they attempted to charge me more for extra synthetic oil until I pointed out that I had come back a few minutes before I was supposed to and caught them on camera. If I had to engage in covert ops just to make sure I'm getting the oil they're asking me to pay for, I shudder to think what would have happened if I left something more expensive in their grasp.
