The guy who's in the Finish line section inside Macy's was rude,we were on the line in front the cashier register and there's people behind him and he help them first. Then we asked where do line starts then he asked us back if we want to go to different locations and we said why he was like because there's no line and he will only take two at a time and didn't care who went first. ~Robin

Nice people, let me shop and answered my questions even though it was past closing time. I only found out about them from another woman, after we were both turned away from the Loma store up the street that closed 15 min early. I helped them get added to Google Maps so I can find them next time! I had bought organic vegan masa from Flacos in Berkeley and needed banana leaves to make tamales. In case you’re curious, I used No Evil brand Zapatista seitan chorizo, potatoes, roasted green chilis and Miyoko’s vegan mozzarella for the filling. Oh, and I also found out about Mashan leaves, another plant leaf I can use to wrap tamales! ~T

I have been coming to this location for over 15 years and ever since management left=Ali, Sonya her mom and husband, the new management is horrible! No more Starbucks cold coffee, supply's are not managed very good, long lines now and they do nothing like getting on a register. ~keli

Oh man. The prices!?! >_<" If nothing is done to control the inflation, KFC will be a thing of the past. Nothing is really affordable there without coupons or special deals now. There are so many other quality restaurants that make top notch fried chicken at this price point nowadays that it is not worth the time and effort to go any longer. ~J.

Went to the drive-thru at about 8:30 p.m. and tried to order some food for that night's dinner. The young man that took my order was harsh and I'm professional. He acted as though he was on a street corner trying to be tough. When I got to the window, I was greeted by a different young man with tattoos all over the arms but, he was professional at reciting my order. When I asked for an add-on meal, he made me park outside the establishments boundaries so he could bring it out to me when it was done. When I received my food the order was not correct. I inform him that the order was incorrect and so it had to be fixed but in all I spent 20 minutes out of drive-thru. And when I got my food home, the presentation was crude and distasteful. I guarantee not to go back there ever again during that time of the night with that particular crew. Totally disgusted. ~Shawn
