Oh man. The prices!?! >_<" If nothing is done to control the inflation, KFC will be a thing of the past. Nothing is really affordable there without coupons or special deals now. There are so many other quality restaurants that make top notch fried chicken at this price point nowadays that it is not worth the time and effort to go any longer.

I came here to order mash potatoes and gravy for my sister who had just had her wisdoms pulled. I could barely understand the lady at the drive through speaker however she got my order, Mash potatoes and Gravy. I drove up to the window, paid and got my order. Looked in the bag saw the gravy on the side, on top of a larger container seemed correct. When I got home and took everything out of the bag for my sister I realized I was given MAC AND CHEESE with a side of gravy. How do you mess that up?

No indoor seating.. and not able to use the restroom despite being a customer. Staff was nice though.

I bought a Nachos Bellgrande last year came out with a bloody nose wanted to go back inside for more napkins their door was closed even though they had people working inside something inside their facility with the warm air was making it hard for me to breathe.

Chicken doesn't taste like it use to. Too bad they got rid of the spicy chicken. I'd rather drive an extra 5 miles and get Popeyes chicken now

Poor customer service at this store. At 9pm I was made to wait out on the street when there was no other cars in the drive thru. The cashier seemed annoyed when I was ordering. When I finally got my order I specifically asked for my receipt but never received it. I went back to the drive thru and had to ask again for my receipt which they seemed to locate crumpled up. I also never got any taco sauce with my order. All around poor customer service on every level. Will never go back.

2nd time ordering the cinnamon twist. They taste poisonous ☠☠☠ The first time I ordered them they were bare, no sugar or cinnamon and tasted like straight grease. The taste is so bad and was not expected from something called cinnamon twist 🤮🤢🤮🤢🤕 Quesadilla was cold, cheese not melted. I'm done with this restaurant 😒

Normally use the drive-thru which depending on the time, the line can be pretty long but moves along relatively fast. Never have any issues with orders, people at the window aren't rude and pretty courteous. COVID Era Note: Depending on your order (guessing if it's big or pretty extensive - needs to be made) they'll ask you to drive out and park on the right hand side of the curb out of the drive-thru driveway and someone will come out to drop off your order.

This place just screams "Diarrehia". Potato griller burnt. Filled with KFC french fries instead of regular potatoes. Even a dirty homeless guy that came in commented on how dirty it was here. Edit: Yup, diarrhea less than two hours later.
